India Reports 30,757 New Cases Of Coronavirus:- A total number of 30,757 new cases of coronavirus are reported in the country in the last 24 hours. The cases have been decreasing on a regular basis in the country. There are 3,32,918 active cases of coronavirus in the country and 67,538 people recovered from coronavirus in the last 24 hours. The daily positivity rate is 2.61 percent and the total number of recoveries in the country till date are said to be 4,19,10,984. The total reported cases for coronavirus in the country till date are said to be 4,27,54,315. 541 people passed away in the country in the last 24 hours and the total death tally is said to be 5,10,413. Indian government has administered 1,74,24,36,288 doses of vaccines in the country till date.
As per the reports from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the total samples tested for coronavirus in India are said to be 11,79,705 and the samples tested till February 16th in India are said to be 75,55,32,460. The daily positivity rate in the country is now at 2.61 percent and the total recovery rate is 98.03 percent. The Union Health Ministry asked the states and union territories of India to lift the restrictions and curbs after the cases of coronavirus witnessed a huge decline. Delhi reported 766 new cases and 5 deaths. Kerala and Maharashtra continues to be the major contributors of the coronavirus cases in the country. The Centre told that there are 11.73 crore doses of coronavirus vaccines which are unused with the states and union territories.
