Nirmala Sitharaman rushed to AIIMS:- Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has been admitted to All Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) after she suffered a minor stomach infection. Several routine checkups are conducted after she was taken to a private ward in AIIMs. The 63-year-old minister was taken to AIIMS this afternoon and she is expected to get discharged very soon. The doctors informed that her health condition is stable and she had a minor stomach infection. The doctors are providing the best medical care for Nirmala Sitharaman. She attended the 35th annual convocation of Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University in Chennai. She also paid floral tributes for late and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee yesterday on his birth anniversary at the Sadaiv Atal in New Delhi.

Nirmala Sitharaman has been working round the clock and she is expected to present the Union budget on February 1st, 2023. Nirmala Sitharaman said that the upcoming budget will push the growth and will follow the spirit of the previous budgets. Nirmala Sitharaman chaired the pre-Budget consultation meetings for the Budget 2023-24 which was held in a virtual mode. During her recent media interaction, Nirmala Sitharaman said that the government of India has kept a close watch on the inflation so that there would be no surge in the prices. She expressed her confidence in handling inflation better.
