CBI adjourns YS Avinash Reddy Bail Plea:- Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy was granted anticipatory bail by the Telangana High Court in the former Kadapa MP Vivekananda Reddy murder case. He was named A8 by CBI in the Viveka murder case. YS Vivekananda Reddy's daughter Sunitha challenged the Telangana High Court bail order in the Supreme Court and asked SC to cancel the bail granted in HC.

Supreme Court Chief Justice Vikramnadh along with two other judges has listened to the petition filed by Sunitha. Advocate Siddharth was Sunitha’s council, he opposed the bail granted by HC and asked to withdraw the bail immediately. Surprisingly Chief Justice passed a statement in support of Avinash Reddy. SC reminded Sunitha, that Avinash Reddy is cooperating with CBI and also stated that the custodial inquiry decision is to be taken by CBI and not by the victims' kin.

Shockingly Chief Justice also passed a statement, that the appeal on the Supreme Court to cancel bail looks like a personal benefit. Court adjourned the case to June 19th, that is after vacation. Sunitha's council requested for Wednesday adjournment, but Supreme Court has pushed the next adjournment to the 19th. Supreme Court also reminded the CBI that the inquiry regarding YS Vivekananda Reddy should be completed by the end of this month.
