Coca-Cola To Invest More In Telangana:- Telangana Industries Minister KTR has been working on all possible ways to pool funds into the state. Earlier it was Foxconn who promised to invest more than double their promise and now Coca-Cola is in the same way, they assured to double their investment in Telangana.
K Taraka Rama Rao met James Mc Greevy, Vice President, PPGR of Coca-Cola in New York. Mc Greevy on this occasion said that India is the third largest market for Coca Cola and that’s the reason they are planning to invest more in India, that is to increase their capability. As part of it, they have decided to pool more investment in Telangana.

On April 7th 2022, India – Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages, HCCB signed an MoU with the Telangana government for an investment of Rs 1000 Cr in Siddipet district, that is in the new green field plant. The project is already under construction. Now HCCB has promised Rs 647 Cr more funds to install the new lines for the under-construction plant. The new Coca-Cola plant is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
A second green field manufacturing facility is also in plans for development in the Karimnagar / Warangal region.
