Tollywood Film Financier Caught In Drug Case:- Telangana Anti Narcotics Bureau (TSNAB) and Gudimalkapur Police arrested Tollywood film financier K Venkatratna Reddy, D Balaji and D Murali related to a drug case. Police recovered drugs, narcotics and Rs 32.89 lakh cash from them. Venkatratna Reddy is associated with Damarukam, Kick, Businessman, Lovely and Auto Nagar Surya films.

Police alleged that D Balaji was a party organiser and supplied drugs to people related to the film industry. Balaji has strong relations with Nigerian drug peddlers and the trio is suspected of being involved in a prostitution racket. The third person Murali is a stenographer for the RPF IG at Rail Nilayam, allegedly involved in this drug peddling.
