Chandrababu's custody petition and bail plea pushed:- Andhra Pradesh ex-Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is arrested in Skill Development scam case and is sent to Rajahmundry Central Prison for 14 days. The case has been in hearing in the ACB Court in Vijayawada and Chandrababu's lawyers argued that the arrest was illegal. The ACB Court heard the hearings from both the parties and reserved the decision for tomorrow. The ACB Court will announce its decision at 10:30 AM tomorrow. There have been protests all over against the arrest of Chandrababu and AP government was slammed.

Andhra Pradesh High Court also adjourned the quash petition of Chandrababu Naidu to September 25th. The arguments in this case are completed and the judgment is reserved. The AP government has filed several new cases on Chandrababu Naidu apart from the Skill Development scam case and his lawyers have approached the court for bail. There are also reports that his son Nara Lokesh would soon be arrested in Skill Development scam case. He has been protesting against the arrest of his father from the time Chandrababu was taken into custody.
