Naveen Patnaik, the most popular Chief Minister of India:- Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, has secured the second spot in a recent survey that assessed the popularity and acceptance of India's chief ministers. Naveen Patnaik, the Chief Minister of Odisha and leader of the BJD party, claimed the top position as the most popular leader. The survey revealed that Patnaik had a popularity rating of 52.7%, while Adityanath followed closely with a rating of 51.3%.

Himanta Biswa Sarma, the Chief Minister of Assam, known for his passionate speeches and pro-Hindu stance, was ranked third in the list with an impressive rating of 48.6%. The survey also determined that Bhupendra Patel, the Chief Minister of Gujarat, and Dr. Manik Saha, the Chief Minister of Tripura, secured the fourth and fifth positions respectively, with popularity ratings of 42.6% and 41.4%.

Naveen Patnaik, one of the founding members of the BJD party, has served as the Chief Minister for 22 years. Yogi Adityanath, the 22nd chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, made history in the 2022 UP Assembly Elections by winning a second consecutive poll and serving as chief minister for a second time. In March 2023, Manik Saha, a dentist-turned-politician from the BJP, led the party to victory in Tripura and was sworn in as Chief Minister for a second consecutive term. Saha, a dental surgeon who joined the BJP in 2016 after leaving the Congress, became the party's state chief in 2020 and was elected to the Rajya Sabha in March 2022.
