Pawan to kick off ‘Varahi Vijaya Bheri' today:- After the launch of their election campaigns by YSRC president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu, Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is preparing to commence his 'Varahi Vijaya Bheri' yatra from Pithapuram, the Assembly constituency where he is running, on Saturday. The actor-politician will spend three days in Pithapuram during the initial phase of the campaign, which will run until April 12, before moving on to Tenali on April 3. The JSP Political Affairs Committee (PAC) chairman will contest from the Tenali Assembly constituency. Following this, Pawan will hold public meetings in Nellimarla, Anakapalle, Elamanchili, Pendurthi, and Kakinada Rural until April 8. On Ugadi, the Telugu New Year, he will return to Pithapuram and continue his campaign in Razole, P Gannavaram, and Rajanagaram on April 10, 11, and 12 respectively. Pawan will address the public from his 'Varahi' vehicle after a long break.
Upon arriving in Pithapuram on Saturday morning, he will offer prayers at Padagaya Ksethram and hold a meeting with his party leaders. Once special prayers have been conducted for the Varahi vehicle, Pawan will commence his electioneering. His first public meeting will take place at the Ramalayam centre in Chebrolu. In the year 2019, the leader of the JSP has given particular attention to Pithapuram. The influential Kapus in the area could potentially influence the results of the election in his favor. To counter Pawan, the YSRC has supposedly assigned the task of gaining support from the Kapus to former minister Mudragada Padmanabham. According to sources, during the second phase of campaigning, Pawan will speak at public gatherings alongside leaders from the TDP and BJP.
