A wife who saved her dying husband's life by giving him one of her kidneys wants it back now as the husband ditched her. Andy Lamb and Samantha are married in the year 2007 and both were leading a happy life. But Mr. Lamb was suffering from renal failure and was only being kept alive by dialysis sessions. Samantha consoled him for the kidney transplantation and she even lost weight to give her husband a healthy kidney. In October 2009, the kidney transplantation was successful and this was also filmed by BBC.

But things changed in the years coming as Mr. Lamb walked out of Samantha's life. She alleged of Lamb having an extra marital affair with one of her friend. But Lamb denied all the allegations of Samantha and he claimed that Samantha's family never liked him. Post operations things were not that good between Lamb and Samantha.

Samantha explains “Lamb needed a new kidney or he would die. He was on dialysis three times a week. I told he should go through with it (the transplant). Lamb had children from an earlier relationship and he wanted to be there for them. I would definitely go through the operation again but I wouldn’t give the kidney to him. I hate him. I would take it back and give it to someone else who is more deserving. But all I want from him is his name on the divorce papers.”
