A man named Colin Murphy, 23, a drunkard, was arrested for inappropriate behavior. He was loitering around the food park in Sunday. Behaving badly and reeking his booze he entered the store, according to the court records.
Even after encountering with a store employee, his actions didn’t stop and allegedly stripped naked in front of the Kroger worker and pooped on the self-checkout kiosk.
In a similar incident an alleged defecating drunkard was arrested in December 2014 for obstructing the business. 
Murphy was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public indecency, and held on a $2,000 bond.
At his trial on Monday the judge ordered him to stay away from the store, according to a report.
After the bail, he was released from the Hamilton County Jail on Monday allowed to return home, which is less than two miles from Kroger. The pre-trial hearing conducted on Wednesday.
