Ratan Tata stills commands the top CEO slot, Mistry debuts behind at no.15

Visionary CEO from the salt to software giant, Ratan Tata tops the list of  'India's Most Powerful CEOs'. The survey conducted by IMRB for the ET-Corporate Dossier has also seen his deputy in the making, Cyrus Mistry making a debut at No.15. Mistry is personally groomed by Ratan Tata to take over after his retirement scheduled by the end of this year.

Comfortably Mukesh Ambani sits at second and Kumaramangalam Birla is the third best. On the fourth place Azim Premji is listed while the lone woman in the top five, banker Chanda Kocchar takes over the fifth p

osition. The annual ranking includes major changes owing mainly to the tumultuous environment that has left several business houses severely mauled.

At the international level, the list compiles L N Mittal at the top, while Pepsico Indra Nooyi is at second position. The third position is held by Google Nikesh Arora in the global Indian business leaders list.

Yet another list is compiled of Global thought leaders and noted economist and Noble laureate Amartya Sen heads this one. (With Inputs from Internet- Aarkay)
