Gold regains Rs 230 on global cues

Gold prices have rebound by Rs 230 to Rs 30,930 per ten grams on Saturday, arresting two days of falling prices in Delhi. The price picked up after buyers emerged on account of the marriage season and a firming global trend. Price of silver also picked up by Rs 770 to Rs 44,400 per kg following a fall of Rs 1,430 on Friday due to increase in buying by coin makers and industrial units.

After losing Rs 450 in the last two trading sessions, price of  gold of 99.9% and 99.5% purity increased by Rs 230 each, to Rs 30,930 for 99.9% purity and Rs 30,730 for 99.5% purity per ten grams.
