Tata Consultancy Services [TCS], on Wednesday, reported 48.2 per cent growth in its consolidated net profit at Rs. 5,410 crore and Revenues were up 31.2 per cent at Rs. 21,551 crore for the fourth quarter of 2013-14.
Addressing the media conference TCS CEO, Chandrasekharan said, “we have give quality growth and strengthened ourselves in the market. In the past 12 months, we have expanded our presence in new markets like Europe.”
TCS Executive Vice-President and Global Human Resources Head Ajoy Mukherjee told the media that the company will be hiring 55000 for the next financial year including 25000 freshers. Coming to the staff increments, “we will give 14 percent hike for the high achievers domestically, while the rest will get 10 percent rise.”
