Amazon India Loses Upto 30%

Amazon India Loses Upto 30%:- E-commerce giant Amazon India spent over 20% of its revenues earned on other online retail markets across the globe. It spent Rs 1145 crores on legal professional expenses by March 2018 which is 47%  higher than the previous year. This is as per the Registrar of Companies (RoC), sourced from paper.vc. Amazon India has spending a bomb on faster deliveries and marketing as it is facing its rival Flipkart in the country.

Amazon Seller Services losses increased by 30% which costed them Rs 6287 crores. The operating revenues grew by 57% and it reached Rs 4928 crores. 20% share of legal fees of revenues is quite high for any company with large revenues. While Flipkart's legal expenses are much less, Amazon has been spending a bomb on these. Amazon has so far infused Rs 25,090 crore in its marketplace business in India.
