Flipkart to Create 70,000 New Jobs in India:- Flipkart is the biggest e-commerce platform in the country and is leading the list. Walmart acquired the major share in the Indian e-commerce giant. Flipkart told that it would create over 70,000 new jobs in the country before the busy festive season commences in the country. Flipkart and Amazon are competing to dominate the market of India which is fastly expanding. The users of groceries and other online products are increased in the country after the coronavirus lockdown got implemented in India. Flipkart's 'Big Billion Days' sale starts in October and the e-commerce giant is in plans to recruit more employees for the sale which would turn out to be a boost for their market.
Flipkart also recently signed more than 50,000 Kirana stores in the country to deliver groceries and other household products. "While creating direct job opportunities across Flipkart's supply chain, which include delivery executives, pickers, packers and sorters, there will also be additional indirect jobs created at Flipkart's seller partner locations and (local corner stores)", told Flipkart in a statement. Flipkart earlier this month launched Flipkart Wholesale for small businesses. This year, the Big Billion Sale is planned between Dasara and Diwali season. Flipkart aims record business during the season.
