Reliance Industries Issues Clarification On Corporate Farming:- Reliance Industries approached the High Courts of Punjab and Haryana requesting the governments to safeguard the properties and the services of Reliance. Several miscreants damaged the telecom towers owned by Reliance Industries from the past few days. Some of the farmers turned angry after the news broke out that Reliance Industries is venturing into corporate farming. The power supply for the properties owned by Reliance Industries are disconnected and the cables are damaged. These culprits viewed Reliance Industries as one of the beneficiaries of farm laws that was passed in the Parliament in September.

Lakhs of farmers from Punjab and Haryana are protesting at the national capital border from the past five weeks against the introduced three farm laws. As per the update, 1500 Reliance Jio's towers are damaged in the last one month. Though Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh issued a strict warning against the recent vandalism, such incidents never stopped. Reliance Industries now moved to Punjab and Haryana High Court urging the courts to intervene into the issue and keep an end to the attacks. Reliance Industries said that the jobs of thousands of employees are in danger because of the recent attacks. The company made it clear that they are not venturing into corporate farming and they have nothing to do with the recent farm laws.
