- 2 raw mangoes
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 whole red chilies
- A bunch of curry leaves

Cooking process of Mamidikaya pulihora
- Peel, grate or chop the raw mango and mix it well with the cooked rice.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the lentils, whole red chilies, turmeric powder, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add the mixed rice in the pan and again mix well.
- Add salt as per your taste and serve hot.
