Sprout Bhel makes a perfect snack during this monsoon and here are the tips about how to prepare the snack:
Ingredients:
One and a half cups of moong sprouts
Half cup of boiled sweet potato
2 tbsp of finely chopped onions
2 tbsp of finely chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp of finely chopped coriander
2 tsp of mint chutney
1 tsp of tamarind chutney
Rock salt to taste
Baked sev, as per your liking.
Process:
Add all the above ingredients and mix them together. As per your taste and liking, top it with baked sev. Your delicious Sprout Bhel is ready to eat.
