Avoid feeling drowsy at office

Do you often feel drowsy after a good meal at office? If yes, then it's understood that work post lunch is no cakewalk for you. However, you don't have to lose your heart nor visit a doctor. After consulting some good physicians and psychologists, Andhra Wishesh is presenting you simple steps for keeping drowsiness out of your dictionary.

Good breakfast: Always have good breakfast. You body will get maximum energy from the breakfast. So, the good and balanced the breakfast is, the happy and healthy you will be the rest of the day. You would also not feel sleepy when you take good break fast. This was even endoresed by Cardiff University.

Avoid stomach full meal:  When you take a large meal, your stomach have to put in extra effort for digesting the meal. Therefore, your blood will be completely diverted to the stomach. This would make your brain receive low levels of oxygen. So, always avoid full meals at office.

Don't take wine: Since wine contains alcohol, avoid having wine with lunch unless your boss says you can have it especially during special occasion. Even a single glass of wine of beer can completely take your work for toss. So, say no to alcohol if work is worship for you.

Sleep well: Make sure you at least sleep six hours a day. Otherwise, you would have a tough time at office. Even after following the above three steps, you can still find your day hopeless if you don't have a good sleep. If you have problems with sleeping, avoid eating food late nights, alcohol and caffeine. Alcohol can make you drowsy but at the end it may damage your sound sleep.

Follow the above steps and say good-bye to drowsiness post lunch at your office. Try these steps for two days and you would see the change.
