Immediate relief for wrist pain

Irrespective of the profession we are, writing has become a common trait. I mean we write mails, work on system if we are software professional, and as a writer, even my job is to write.

Just like not all days are same, we cannot be active and healthy every day. Similarly, the day we feel to take a break from work we do it.

Continuously working on system, typing something other the other, our fingers and wrist has got a job to do at least for 12 to 13 hours a day. As a result, we survive with the pain around our wrist, fingers and till our elbows... if this pain is temporary, then not much to worry. Some exercises and relaxing for a while could help you get rid of the pain.

But, if the pain continues to go on for a longer time then this syndrome is called as kaarpal tannel syndrome.

Oh No!!! Now what is this??? As if problems and health related issues are less for us, what is this new problem? Don't panic. This is just any other pain and nothing much to worry over here. You need not even consult the Doctor for this.

Here are some tips to get rid of this problem;

Take a break from typing, say for 5 minutes once in every 20 minutes.

Let the distance between your keyboard and you be equal... the more easy you feel to type, the more better for you to get rid of any pain in your hands and elbows as well.

Let the mouse be a bit higher than your key board. This way, avoiding hand pain is simple...
