Every person is worried about his or her lower body. They don’t know how to get rid of excese fat. Here are few tips to lose hip and thighs fat.
1. Cardio and Strength Training Exercises
Go to Gym and work out on cardio equipment, such as a stationary bike, treadmill or elliptical trainer, for 30 to 40 minutes at least 5 days a week. Also do strength-training exercises, including regular squats, one-legged squats, jumping squats, lunges, leg extensions and leg curls, for 30 minutes at least 3 or 4 times a week.
2. Aerobic Exercises
Climb Stairs, increases your metabolism and works your thigh muscles. Cycling is another great form of aerobic exercise that works your legs, especially your thighs. It will also help build stamina and endurance.
Do Surya Namaskar atleast twice in a week. This will make your body flexible nad tight. You will also feel refreshing and energetic.
4. Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix 3 parts raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar olive oil or coconut oil. Use it to massage your hips and thighs for 10 minutes. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse it off with water. Follow this remedy 2 times daily.
5. Coconut Oil
Massage coconut oil on your thighs and hips for 10 minutes twice daily. This will help you tighthen loose fat.
6. Coffee Grounds
Take 1 tablespoon of leftover grounds of coffee after brewing it. Add some honey to get a thick paste-like consistency. Before taking a bath, apply it on your hips and thighs and allow it to dry.
Then with wet hands, scrub it off and then rinse it with water. Follow this remedy 2 or 3 times a week.
