Regular Exercise in Polluted Region too will Reduce the Risk of Death:- An exercise on a regular basis will make a person healthy and fit. As per the new research, a regular exercise even when performed in regions where there is air pollution can reduce the risk of death from the natural causes. The findings are published in the journal 'Canadian Medical Association Journal'. Air pollution generally increases the risk of death but a habitual exercise done in such a region is a reversal process and keeps you away from death. Dr Xiang Qian Lao, Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, SAR, China revealed it through the article that is published in the journal.
This habitual exercise should be an improvement for the health and this is applicable for people who are even living in relatively polluted regions. A large study was conducted for 15 years from 2001 to 2016 on 3,84,130 adults in Taiwan and they understood the effects of regular exercise. The researchers understood that a higher level of exercise on a regular basis was beneficial when compared to those who are inactive. The study also said that all those who are habitual of low-level exercise are at a high-level risk of death. Several smaller studies are done in USA, Denmark and Hong Kong. The study also said that there are further studies conducted about more severe pollution and about the health issues.
