Symptoms of Varicose Veins:- Varicose Veins is a condition where the veins get enlarged and dilated because of the blood overfilling. They are located so close to the surface of the skin. The affect the veins in the legs because of too much standing or walking too much. This can put the pressure on the lower part of the body. Varicose Veins are blue in colour and they are swollen. They get worse when the temperature rises and cause so much discomfort. The condition comes when the blood is obstructed and does not flow efficiently. Varicose Veins can turn worse during summers. The symptoms include:

Itching around the veins
Heaviness in the legs
Swelling in the lower leg
Pain after sitting or standing for too long.

The rising temperatures in the summer will take a toll on the Varicose Veins. Here are the tips for Varicose Veins:

Massage your legs
Keep the legs elevated
Drink lots of water
Avoid sitting for too long
Wear loose clothes
Get ample rest
Choose the right shoes.
