Hibiscus Tea can cut the risk of Hypertension:- Hypertension is one serious health condition and one needs to be conscious. The researchers of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Iran conducted a study in 2019 about managing hypertension.
The researchers wanted to check the impact of the herbs on stage one Hypertension. All the patients with a stage on hypertension have been diagnosed by a cardiologist. The blood pressure was analyzed and the results were decided using SPSS software. There is a reduction in the blood pressure in both the groups who used Hibiscus Tea. The other study was conducted at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, Boston, USA. After six weeks, the usage of Hibiscus Tea has reduced the systolic BP. Hibiscus Tea is made from colored flowers of the plant of hibiscus. The dried calories in Hibiscus Tea offer a tart flavor.
