Ajinkya Rahane Scored A Ton As India Declared at 500/9; Leading By 304 Runs

Ajunkya Rahane scored an outstanding century at Jamaica after K L Rahul got out with scoring a huge century of 158 runs. Ajinkya Rahane face the average West Indian attack with absolute brilliance and took India’s lead ahead of 300. The day ended earlier on Monday as the rain stopped the proceeding when India declared at 500 for the loss of 9 wickets.
West Indian batsmen will now have to survive in front of the Indian bowlers to score well in the match. West Indians were quiet fortunate as they didn’t need to play the last session of Day 3 due to the rain and rain forecast for the Day 4 has also been stated.
Earlier, Indian batsmen, Ajinkya Rahane and Wriddhiman Saha played well continuing their form from the Day 2. Ajinkya Rahane played too well and scored runs with every batsman. India’s innings were wobbling when he was just 15 runs behind his century as Amit Mishra and Mohammad Shami got out in a row to a part time bowler Roston Chase.

Ajinkya Rahane scored a six to get India ahead of 500. Earlier Wriddhiman Saha too helped and scored 47 runs in 116 balls before throwing his wicket to Jason Holder.
Roston Chase played a really good cricket and took a 5-wicket haul by conceding 121 runs. Jason Holder, Shannon Gabriel and Devendra Bishoo took 1 wicket each. It was another day of tiredness for West Indian bowlers as Indian batsmen went on scoring a good total.
