India Vs West Indies: Kohli And Rohit's Tons Bring A Comfortable Victory:- Team India registered a stunning victory against West Indies in the first one day international in Guwahati even after they have been assigned a massive target. After West Indies batted first and made 322 for the loss of eight wickets, India chased the target with 47 balls to spare. Rohit Sharma (152 not out from 117 balls) and Virat Kohli (140 from 107 balls) brought a comfortable win for Indian team. Virat Kohli scored his 36th century while Rohit Sharma had his 20th. The duo contributed 246 runs for the second wicket after an early departure by Shikar Dhawan.

Earlier SO Hetmyer 106 (78 balls) and KOA Powell 51 (39 balls) made West Indies reach a decent total of 322/8. JO Holder (38) and SD Hope (32) supported well. Mohammaed Shami (2/81), YS Chahal (3/41) and R Jadeja (2/66) managed to pull out West Indies wickets. After this Team India managed to show sheer domination with the bat which brought a comfortable victory. The second one day will take place on October 24th at 1.30 PM.
