India Sweeps South Africa For a Record Win by an Innings and 137 Runs:- Team India showed sheer dominance in the second test too against South Africa and the second test ended up on the fourth day in the third session. South Africa who went follow on in the first innings tumbled down for 189 which resulted in a record victory for Team India by an innings and 137 runs. Virat Kohli and his team celebrated the victory after they grabbed the series in three tests series. India won the toss and decided to bat in the second test. Virak Kohli's unstoppable 254, Mayank Agarwal's 108 and Ravindra Jadeja's 91 made India get 601/5 wickets (declared) on board.
South Africa could not withstand before Indian pace and they could manage to get 275 in the first Innings. They went on a follow on and had to bat in the second innings after which South Africa tumbled down for 189. Virat Kohli has been named as the Player of the Match. The third and the final test between India and South Africa starts from October 19th in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
