James Anderson Becomes the First Fast Bowler to Take 600 Test Wickets:- In a historic move, England pacer James Anderson emerged as the first bowler in the world to take 600 wickets in test matches and he achieved this after he dismissed Azhar Ali, the captain of Pakistan on the fifth day of the third and final test at Southampton. James Anderson took five wickets in the first innings and he dismissed Abid Ali, Azhar Ali to make 600 wickets in his test career. Earlier to James Anderson, Muttiah Muralitharan, Shane Warne and Anil Kumble took 600 wickets and all of them are spinners. James Anderson is the fourth bowler to cross the magical mark of 600 wickets.

James Anderson made his test debut in the year 2003 against Zimbabwe and he is named as the highest wicket-taker among the seamers in 2018 after he dismissed Mohammed Shami against India. James Anderson crossed Glenn McGrath's record of 563 wickets. England won the three match series against Pakistan. All the cricketers across the globe responded and lauded James Anderson for his historic record. All the veterans to the current active players, everyone could not wait to appreciate James Anderson.
