Gionee Launches P7 Max Smartphone in Nepal

The chinese smartphone manufacturer, Gionee has unveiled the P7 Max. The smartphone has a metal unibody with loudspeaker placed on the back of this device.Gionee P7 Max is launched only in Nepal priced at NPR 21,999 (roughly Rs. 13,800).There is no current official information about when P7  will be available in other markets.

The phone has 3GB RAM and supports dual-SIM. The smartphone has 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920) IPS display. The phone runs on Amigo 3.2; an Gionee’s own UI based on Android 6.0.

The Gionee P7 Max is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6595 processor. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage cannot be expanded. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Gionee P7 Max packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

It runs on Android 5.1 and is powered by a 3100mAh non removable battery. The phone also has Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer.

Similarly the S6 Pro which was launched in India has 4 GB Ram, 32 GB internal storage, 5.5-inch Full HD 2.5 D water-drop glass display, 13 MP rear camera and an 8 MP front camera with screen flash and 3130 mAh battery. The S6 Pro is priced at Rs 34,999.

Gionee is a China-based  manufacturer established in 2002. Besides India, the brand also has units in countries such as Vietnam, Taiwan, Myanmar, Thailand and the Middle East. Gionee has a strong offline retail presence in India.The company has launched several Android smartphones.
