The changed political atmosphere in the state after Kirankumar reddy had assumed charge as the chief minister seems to have brought about a sea change in the loyalties also among celebrities of the city.

Hero Nagarjuna, who openly owed his allegiance to the former Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan reddy after the death of YSR, this evening met Kirankumar reddy and expressed his support to his leadership.

When YSR was alive, Nag openly supported him and after his death declared that Jagan should become chief minister if the aims of YSR were to be realized. The central government has recently announced Padma Vibhushan award to the veteran film actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao on the recommendations of the state government.
Nagarjuna’s meeting with CM assumes significance as it comes at a time when the government was taking concrete steps to distance important people from Jagan.
