The average Telugu fan is going to feel festive time in February, when top heroes are fighting each other at the box office. In fact the Sankranti releases of both the top stars were accepted well by the audience. In spite of divided talk by the critics, the coffers seem to be getting a fair cshare. The two new films released in the festive month were Prince Mahesh Babu’s Business man and Family hero Venkatesh’s Body Guard. Both seem to have fetched good returns.
This success instills confidence in T-Wood that the market has crossed over the slump phase. So it will be a fan fare for the public in February, when three films are going to be released. Sunil’s Poola Rangadu will flag off the season and it would lock horns with Raviteja’s Nippu. These two films cater all types of audience and so are definitely going to be grosser at the BO. The next film is Balakrisha’s Adhinayakudu. Based on the success of his Sri Rama Rajyam, the actor is sure to hit the bulls-eye with his next political flick. The film also attracts audience, aftermath his announcement to contest the 2014 elections.
Hope our bosses pay more this month, since the entertainment budget seems to be plummeting looking at the releases slated for next month. So bye friends, watch this space for more frequent updates on T-wood. (AarKay)
