Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has finally said yes to the remake of Tamil film ‘Vettai.’ This film will be directed by the director of Vettai movie Linguswamy. Initially Shahid Kapoor had said no to the film because the story of the film was narrated in Tamil and Shahid who didn’t understand a bit has said that he would decide on the offer only if a Hindi script writer plunges into the action and write dialogues in Hindi.

Linguswamy decided on the appointing Hindi script writer after holding talks with the film producers UTV.  Prasoon Joshi came into the picture and wrote Hindi dialogues of the script after listening the translated version. After the completion of dialogues, Shaheed Kapoor nodded for the film. The shooting of the film is going to be started soon. South India actress Ileana is going to play opposite Shahid Kapoor. (Phani)
