Film Maker Madhur Bhandarkar tweeted: 'I made Chandni Bar in 2001 with 1.5 Cr which today, a decade later, is #Heroine's costume budget for Kareena! How times have changed!' Earlier he is supposed to have said, "Her character Mahi Arora is very contemporary, very edgy, very hard-hitting and very real like my other cinema.
