The item girl Rakhi Sawant, who often tries to drag the attention of the media with controversial statements, has done something similar yet another time. Last time it was actor Dhanush who became her subject and this time Aamir Khan and his ambitious project-Satyamev Jayate.
Well, wonder what she alleged? She said Satyamev Jayate was a copy of her concept, copy of her Rakhi Ka Insaaf. Let us know what she says in her own words:
["The show is a complete copy of Rakhi Ka Insaaf. They have stolen our concept. The format of my show was similar." ]
She has said that she had nothing against Aamir Khan but was upset that the production house has copied the concept. And she said, her show was given late night slot whereas Satyamev Jayate has received morning slot just because the show is being hosted by Aamir Khan. Nonetheless, she said, her show has been receiving good response.
She has also said that Aamir Khan receives Rs. Three crore remuneration for Satyamev Jayate while she received only Rs. Five lakh for the series. Anyway, the shows cannot be compared as Satyamev Jayate focuses on burning problems of the society. (Phani)
