Sudip's fans in Karnataka are awaiting eagerly for Tollywood movie Eega, which is directed by Rajamouli. Reason being simple that Sudip is playing antagonist in Eega and fans are all excited to see Sudip in a different role. Whatever role Sudip donnes, he will add charm to the role, said Nanjappa, a loyal fan of Sudip. BangaloreWishesh got in touch with some of the hysteric fans of Sudip and they were all overwhelmed looking at the trailers. At many parts of the state, Eega's postures have already popped up.

Eega is scheduled to be released on July 6 and countdown has already begun by Sudip's fans. Notably, Rajamouli  has huge fan base in Karnataka especially in Bangalore. It is known that NTR's Simhadri was well received at Karnataka box office and since then Raja Mouli's films gained special significance in Karnataka. Rajamouli and Sudip coming together is what making fans more excited.

The film critics said that even if Eega is not well received in Andhra Pradesh over the title or lack of strong hero or Julayi's release, Eega is most likely to create new records in Karnataka. Also, this movie's Tamil and Hindi versions too are going to be released in Karnataka. So, the majority of North Indians residing in Bangalore are most likely to end up at theatres running Eega in Hindi version while scores of Malayali students in Garden City would throng theatres screening Eega Tamil version. All in all, Rajamouli seemed to have made a smart move with Eega!
