Surya who stocks have soared ever since Ghajini released had tremendous success behind his name. In fact most media rate him as the next Superstar Rajnikanth of  south. But the simple man is ever humble and helpful say industry sources. Surya who totally opposed sequels has now taken a u-turn say sources.

And the grapevine says that the star had given a green signal for his sequel of a sensation hit flick Singham (Yamudu in Telugu). As per sources the film shall go to floors on the 26 of this month.

The first schedule is to shoot at various locales across Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu. The film titled as Singham 2 (Yamudu 2 in Telugu) will be shot simultaneously in both the languages. This time too Anushka will be teaming up with the star while Hansika shall the  second in the lead.

Noted music composer Devisri Prasad shall do the music, while K.E.Gnanavel Raja will produce this film. OK OK fame Santhanam shall don a prominent role in this flick . The shot is to be well spread over southern destinations like Chennai, Hyderabad, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli and Karaikudi.
