Srikanth's Shatruvu movie has been released across the globe today. The movie was said to give tough competition to Vishal starrer Vetaadu Ventaadu. The morning show of Shatruvu received average response. The sources said that this movie got released silently without much publicity, which could be the reason as to why many people were not aware of its release. With a tag line, revenge is not a valid motive but an emotional response, this movie comes with a back drop of a revenge story.

This movie is being directed by NSR Prasad while the music is being composed by Guna. Aksha plays opposite Srikanth in this movie. Love story also plays a major role in this movie. Will this movie do big at the box office? Will it once again put Srikanth in limelight? Are people welcoming complete action oriented movies?
