Ranveer Singh first praised Ramcharan for his performance in the all time hit record winner 'Magadheera' and then denied his doing the role in the Hindi version of it.  He said that so far he has not signed any such agreement and not thinking of doing in the near future.

Phantom Group purchased the rights to remake 'Magadheera' in Hindi.  The speculation was going on for some time that Ranveer Singh or Ranbir Kappor may act in the lead role played by Ramcharan.  But Ranbir who acted in the lead role in the Hindi film ‘Lootera’ made it clear when he met media persons in the promo activity of the film that he is not going to do it- at least not at present.

‘Magadheera’ made by Rajamouli that made record collections in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam may prove potential for money spinning for its Hindi version also.  But the production house has to start it seriously to consider some one for the lead role in it.

The way Ranveer Singh talked about the movie and praised the acting talent of Ramcharan it is evident that some of the young heroes of the Hindi Film field are doubting whether they can do justice to that role or not which leaves an option to Ramcharan to play it again for Hindi viewers after his ‘Janjeer’ gets a hit at the box office. Janjeer may show case his acting talents so that he stands a good chance of playing his own role in Magadheera again in its Hindi version.
