Ramcharan and Shruti Haasan's 'Yevadu' movie which was to release on 31st of this month is postponed to 21st of August. The film unit celebrated Vamshi Paidipalli the writer and Director of the movie and actor Sai Kumar’s birthday at a Hotel in Hyderabad in which the decision of the postponement of the movie 'Yevadu' was announced.
The announcement of shifting of the release date of “Yevadu” was made by the producer of the film Dilraju. He also said on the occasion that the decision was taken honoring sentiments of the Pawan Kalyan’s fans. Pawan Kalyan starrer “Atharintiki Daredi” is releasing on 7th August. He added that there are no other issues in the decisions. Only technical aspects delayed the releasing of it.
“Yevadu” was cleared by the Censor Board with “A” certificate. Exposures of the female actors and violence in the fights made the Censor Board issue an “A” for the movie branding it suitable only for the Adults.
Our laws and customs sometimes look strange. Adults are allowed to watch sex and crime movies to get their minds poisoned with those thoughts that have a chance of committing those crimes because of their physical maturity, financial and social independence and freedom of movement. But the children who do not have any of these are not allowed to see them!
In fact if a movie is not suitable to watch, it should be so for people of all ages not only for the children as some critics say. But the experts in the field of the psychology say that the impact on the children will be more as they develop a desire but get frustrated because of non availability of venting it out.
Coming back to “Yevadu”, an “A” certificate reduces the number of audience certain age group but attracts more of the other age group revenue from which is an assured one because of the independence of all sorts they enjoy. Amy Jackson and Shruti Haasan are said to have competed with each other in showing their glamour.
