Ram Charan looks the same. In the new trailer of Zanjeer that is. Obviously, he will look the same. But what we mean is that, the trailer has no changes from the earlier version except for the addition of subtitles.
What's more confusing is, Ram Charan's voice modulation is also same. This had to be mentioned because, Zanjeer's director Apporva Lakhia promised to remove the modulation as Charan's loyal fans expressed doubt whether it's really his voice in the trailer.
Everyone has felt that doubt. Charan surely looks fantastic, but his dialogue delivery has either improved leaps and bounds or there is some kind of tweaking there. Meanwhile, Apoorva Lakhia is insisting that it is Charan himself who spoke those dialogues.
It can be noted that Charan had taken Hindi diction classes from the sensuous Priyanka Chopra. Chopra has also openly praised Cherry for his focused work and down to earth attitude, while reminding the national press that Charan is a huge star with loyal fan following.
In the Telugu version of Zanjeer, there would be few changes in the way Charan is introduced. Whereas Zanjeer will simply introduce ACP Vijay Khanna, Telugu audiences will have a grander entry for Charan in Toofan. Also Sri Hari's role in Toofan is smaller than Sanjay Dutt's role in Zanjeer. Looks like audiences can watch both versions without fear of boredom.
Promotions for Zanjeer has commenced full swing and Reliance will throw all its weight behind it to ensure maximum coverage.
