He has been creating hulchul across the state with his comedy act in 1000 Abaddalu. Naga Babu is the talk of the town for his portrayal of Tower star, fan of Powerstar. That is the case with 'serious actor turned appreciated comedian' Naga Babu.

On the other hand, his son's story is something else. Varun Tej is getting ready for his debut as an actor in the Telugu Film Industry. He is probably more than ready, as he is having trouble with sticking to one director. It's not his fault, mind you.

Directors are being roped in for handling his debut, but the films are not going beyond planning stages. There is talk of a project and then confirmation of shelving the same. First Varun Tej was supposed to make his introduction with Srikanth Addala. Later he was replaced by Puri. After the film failed to take off, Krish was called.

Going by latest reports, even this film has been shelved, when its first schedule was planned for this month. Again, Srikanth Addala is back into the picture. Tower Star's son is having tall issues to deal with.
