Security granted For Charan's Toofan Release

As Ramcharan's movie Zanjeer and Thoofan in Hindi and Telugu are getting released tomorrow in the State, the producers of the movies Reliance Big Entertainment Private Ltd., filed a petition in the High Court for the protection to the movie's exhibition.

As the situation in the State is unfriendly for the movies particularly of the Mega family starrer ones, Telugu producers have been postponing Ramcharan and Pawan Kalyan’s movies since one month.  As Chiranjeevi is openly advocating for the Samaikyandhra, Telangana region became hostile to him.  As he hasn’t resigned to join the protests against the proposed bifurcation of the State, Seemandhra also became against him.

In the above circumstances the producers of the Telugu movies of the stars of Mega family have been hesitating to release the movies as so much of money is pumped in the making of those films and we know what happens when initial release gets kicked back as in the case of Kamala Hasan’s Viswaroop.

But the North Indian producers cannot afford to release in piecemeal or in installments region wise as the movie is also hitting the screens worldwide which is already delayed and no more keeping its release pending is viable to them particularly after it crossed so many legal hurdles.

So it is understandable that the movies have to be released in the State of Andhra Pradesh also and hence protection is sought.  Other producers are anxiously looking forward for the result of it, as it may pave a path to the release of their own movies too.  And also many more low budget films' releases depend on the high budget ones!

The movies queued up are Pawan Kalyan's Attharintiki Daaredhi, Ram Charan's Yevadu, Venkatesh and Ram's Masala, Jr.NTR's Ramayya Vasthavayya and many more big and small movies.
