Film makers use masala in the films in a hope to make them come up from the ordinary. But this week’s new film itself is titled “Masala”.
As Venkatesh has proved his talent in entertainment with family background and as his latest “Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu” received critical appreciation from many quarters, his multi-starrer this week with hero Ram is getting big expectations.
Masala is Ram’s tenth film and first remake. It is a good number for his age of 25 and a career span of 7 years. More over 10 is a special number for Ram. Ram says that first he opted against playing in the remake. After seeing the movie in Hindi he was sure that he wouldn’t fit in the role. But later he was convinced that the movie will be a hit and he should take part in that.
Anjali who played opposite Venkatesh expressed her satisfaction that the chemistry worked out well with Venkatesh for the second time.
“Masala” is directed by K.Vijaya Bhaskar got a clean ‘U’ certificate from Censor Board. Music is scored by SS Thaman. Venkatesh and Ram are having Anjali and Shazan Padmsee as their love interest in the movie.
