Ishqiya was a successful action movie with Vidya Balan, Nasiruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi in the lead roles.  The story centers at a small place with village background directed by Abhishek Chaubey.

Now a sequel is made with the title ‘Dedh Ishquiya’.  Dedh means one and half in Hindi.  Instead of Ishqiya-2, the makers of the film called it Dedh Ishquiya (One and half Ishquiya).

Madhuri Dixit is acting in the film along with Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi in the movie Dedh Ishquiya.  Vidya Balan as usual did well in the movie Ishqkiya.  Now Madhuri Dixit for whom it is a full length movie after a gap of 6 years too did very well as the film unit states showing happiness over it.  Madhuri Dixit looked pretty and energetic at 46.

Arshad Warsi says he misses Vidya Balan whenever he goes to the sets of Ishqiya’s sequel.
