Hero Venkatesh acted in Lakshmi and Tulasi the titles of which indicate the names of women. But, it was Venkatesh who played those roles. Similarly he is coming as 'Radha' now under the direction of young director Maruthi.
The shooting of the film is going to start from Sankranti. The movie is scheduled to hit the screens in May. Director Maruti is busy at present with Allu Sirish starrer ‘Kotha Janta’.
Venkatesh is going to play the role of a politician who becomes a Home Minister in the movie. It will be a political satirical treat depicting the present day political scenario in the country. It is for the first time Venkatesh is taking up the character of a politician.
