Hero Nithin is quite nervous now as his latest flick, Heart Attack had a grand release today morning. So far the reports have not yet come out but Nithin is desperate to score a hat-trick hits with this film. Directed and produced by Puri Jagannadh, Heart Attack has music of Anoop Rubnes.
Bollywood heroine Adah Sharma is making her debut in Tollywood with this film. Amol Rathod handled the Cinematography.
