Post the debacle of Om 3D, Kalyan Ram recently launched a new project titled Pataas. According to the grapevine we hear that, Kalyan Ram will be seen as a police officer in this film. Kandireega and Aagadu writer Anil Ravipudi who is directing the project has prepared an action entertainer subject.

Currently Kalyan Ram is doing ground work for his character and the pre-production works are in full swing. A new girl will be introduced with this film.

Sai Karthik is scoring music and NTR Arts is producing the movie.
