Rudrama Devi is ready for release and meanwhile Anushka is busy with her further projects. Among them 'Size zero' is bit forward now. It is known that director Raghavendra Rao's son, Prakash Kovelamudi is directing this film.

The movie unit is badly in need of an established actor for a special appearance in the film.  They thought of many senior actors and stars but dropped all those stars for unknown reasons. It was known that Anushka maintains a good rapport with Nagarjuna. There are plenty of examples to say that they maintain a healthy relationship. Anushka had even accepted many special roles in Nagarjuna films and the later produced the former's movie Panchakshari.

So with this confidence, Anushka approached Nag to ask about the special appearance for her film and the actor responded positively and accepted to perform the role. Prakash is over excited with this news as it his first chance to direct a star hero with whom his father Raghavendra Rao had worked with.
