Though Charmi apologized Nithin, it seems, he is in no mood of accepting it and so filed a case in the Producers' Council.

Nithin’s project with Puri was cancelled for some unknown reasons, but the rumors pointed out Charmi to be the main reason behind it. She many times clarified through the social networking sites the fact and even apologized for her comments stating that, Nithin financial crisis is the reason to drop out Puri’s project.

In fact, after dropping out Nithin’s project, Puri announced to direct Varun Tej flick named Kanche, Charmi being the producer of this particular film, added more flame to the rumor.

However, Nithin and his father Sudhakar Reddy is not in a position of sparing Charmi’s comments and so complained in the producers’ council.
