Akshay Kumar, will reportedly play a gay role in his next film, which will be directed by Rohit Dhawan.

Rohit made a debut with Akshay Kumar’s ‘Desiboyz’ and delivered a good success to the actor. Since then, a special bonding was developed between the duos. With that bonding, Rohit is able to approach Akshay with a very bold character. Akshay will be seen as a gay in Rohit's movie.   
   
In fact, stars like Abhishek Bachchan, already played gay roles in the past, but they are not full-fledged gay ones, whereas Akshay has signed the film with Rohit for a complete gay role.

Along with ferocious characters like Gabbar, Akshay is known for his sense of humor and funny characters in films like "Hera Pheri", "Heyy Baby", "Houseful", "Garam Masala", "Mujhse Shaadi Karogi" etc. But this range of funniness is never expected from him. By the way, the film is titled ‘Dishoom’.

Currently, Akshay is about to release his latest flick ‘Brothers’, where Sidharth Malhotra is playing another lead. Karan Malhotra is the director of the film and the talented actors and actresses like Jacqueline Fernandez and Jackie Shroff are also part of the movie. ‘Brothers’ is a remake of the Hollywood film ‘Warrior’ and august 14th is the release date of ‘Brothers’.
